This policy covers texts sent by MCBG and by companies we own or control. Affiliates may be added later under the same program without naming them here.

What we collect

We collect a mobile phone number and name only when someone agrees to receive operational texts from MCBG or an affiliate. We may also keep the email or other contact details they already gave us.

How we use it

We use that information to send low-volume operational texts about company and affiliate matters the recipient has agreed to receive. Affiliates may send those texts on their own behalf under this program. We do not buy or rent public marketing lists.

Sharing

We may share a number with MCBG affiliates and related entities so they can send the operational texts described here. Mobile information will not be shared with unaffiliated third parties or outside companies for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We use Twilio only to deliver messages. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

We keep a number only while that person still wants texts. Reply STOP or email us and we stop, and we tell affiliates to stop as well.
